BrandBulb offers:

• free lists of expired and dropping domains, compiled from large-scale automated domain checks
• a selection of our own domains offered for sale
• free tools for naming and branding, such as brand and business name generators and similar utilities
• articles and guides about branding, naming, and buying domains
• newsletters, alerts, and related content

Most of BrandBulb is completely free. Some features require a free account with an active newsletter subscription. The only paid product is buying one of our domains, which is arranged directly and described in the section on buying a domain below.

We may change, add, suspend, or remove features at any time.

If you create an account, you agree to:

• provide accurate information
• keep your login credentials secure
• be responsible for activity under your account
• notify us of unauthorized use

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform.

Some features are available only while you maintain a free account with an active newsletter subscription connected to it. No payment is required for these features.

If you unsubscribe from required emails, access to certain gated features may be removed.

You agree not to:

• break the law
• abuse, scrape, attack, or overload the Services
• attempt unauthorized access
• interfere with security, rate limits, or access controls
• impersonate others
• use the Services to send spam or harmful content
• copy or redistribute protected content or data in a way that violates our rights or the rights of others

Our expired-domain lists, scores, archives, and auction information are provided free for research and convenience. This data is gathered from automated checks and third-party sources, and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

We do not guarantee:

• domain availability or registration outcome
• future value
• SEO performance, traffic, or backlinks
• legal or trademark safety
• auction outcome
• accuracy of third-party data

You are responsible for your own checks before registering, bidding on, or buying any domain.

We sell a selection of our own domains. These sales are handled directly and off-platform — there is no checkout on the website.

• to buy, you contact us using the options shown on the listing (email, WhatsApp, or Telegram)
• listed prices are in US dollars; some domains are offered on a “make offer” basis
• accepted payment methods include bank transfer (IBAN), cryptocurrency on request, and escrow for higher-value transactions
• the domain transfer is completed after payment is confirmed

Domain purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You are responsible for confirming a domain suits your intended use, including any trademark or legal considerations.

BrandBulb tools, such as brand and business name generators, produce automated suggestions for inspiration only. Generated names may already be taken, registered, trademarked, or otherwise unavailable.

Always verify availability and rights before adopting or using any name.

BrandBulb provides general information, content, and tools only. Nothing on the site, including articles and guides, is legal, financial, tax, trademark, or investment advice.

You are responsible for your own due diligence.

The BrandBulb name, branding, design, text, software, and content are owned by BrandBulb or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit BrandBulb materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, we may use them without obligation or compensation unless applicable law requires otherwise.

BrandBulb may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, availability, policies, or actions.

BrandBulb is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, BrandBulb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the specific domain or service giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time if needed to protect the Services, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
